Primary Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance in the development of organizational objectives and short and long-term goals.
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
  • Solves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analysis.
  • Translates concepts into practice.
  • Utilizes proven methodologies in project and change management to support corporate leadership initiatives.
  • Promotes collaboration and partnership with departmental leadership and staff to identify/define performance planning/measures, tracking and reporting objectives.
  • Guides functional and segment teams through project implementation with competing agendas and priorities.
  • Collaborates cross-departmentally to manage risk forecasting/mitigation, project progress and issue resolution efforts.
  • Liaises between internal and external teams to help steer work stream communications ensuring response integrity.
  • Maintains project and process knowledge bank to support best practice identification and implementation.
  • Develops performance, project status, meeting correspondence and ad hoc reports for consumption by various levels of management.
  • Acts as a resource to others with less experience.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • PMP Certification within 12 months of date of hire.
  • 5+ years of decision support, data analysis, or healthcare operations experience.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to successfully conceptualize an initiative, develop a plan and execute the plan through implementation.
  • Proven ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of executive management.
  • Proven solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification and/or training in a nationally recognized Change Management Methodology.
  • Basic understanding of concepts and practices of Six Sigma.

Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery.
  • Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing.
  • Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
