Responsibilities
- Lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects (garden style) exceeding $40M
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Drive projects to completion on time and within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multifamily construction projects
- Strong background in wood-frame, garden-style developments
- Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ (ideally $40M+)
- Solid understanding of construction financials, budgeting, and scheduling
- Proficiency in industry software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Local market knowledge preferred, with commitment to locally based work
Qualifications
Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $135,000
