Responsibilities

  • Lead ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects (garden style) exceeding $40M
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multifamily construction projects
  • Strong background in wood-frame, garden-style developments
  • Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ (ideally $40M+)
  • Solid understanding of construction financials, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in industry software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Local market knowledge preferred, with commitment to locally based work

Qualifications

Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $135,000
