Job Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination
• Experience working with project management software (Procore or similar)
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
