Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with internal teams including development, construction, and property management
- Lead communication with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Review and manage contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on progress and risks
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay
$125,000 - $135,000 per year
