Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with internal teams including development, construction, and property management
• Lead communication with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Review and manage contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on progress and risks
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay

$125,000 - $135,000 per year
