Responsibilities
- Manage ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Manage subcontractors and field operations
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers
- Maintain a strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
- Use construction management software (Procore or similar)
- Lead project meetings and maintain project reporting
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control
- Manage multiple priorities across active projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay
$115,000 - $140,000 per year
