Job Description
Manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all phases of the project.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate teams and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
