Asst. Project Manager, CM

Position Overview

Position duties require extensive utilization of AutoCAD and BIM platforms and construction project management applications, including ACC Autodesk, e-Builder, Prolog, MS Project, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, Procore, MS Nexus, SharePoint, and Power BI. Position requires up to 90% travel time to client project sites within Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor, evaluate and develop project budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates
• Review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
• Forecast, identify and address areas of potential liabilities and risks
• Identify, analyze and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Aid in the development and implementation of standards, protocols, policies and procedures to facilitate project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in duties of position offered
• Up to two years of required experience may be satisfied by a Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or project management
• At least 1 year of experience with construction engineering projects for data centers

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM platforms and construction project management applications
• Experience with ACC Autodesk, e-Builder, Prolog, MS Project, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, Procore, MS Nexus, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Ability to travel up to 90% to client project sites within Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio

$119,954 annually
