Project Manager - Local Projects - Lucrative Bonus Structure

About the role

This position is within a family-owned General Contractor based in the St. Louis area, focusing on local commercial projects primarily in the education sector. Projects typically range from $2M to $30M.

Responsibilities

• Directs all construction activities from conception to closeout
• Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
• Establishes project budgets and manages costs
• Counsels, mentors, and develops project management teams
• Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles
• Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams
• Ensures all risk management controls are implemented

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Ground-up commercial project experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
