Project Manager, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards projects
• Advise project teams, enhancing quality and building project management capabilities
• Create and improve scalable project management infrastructure
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and documentation
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among key partners
• Independently tackle complex program challenges from definition to resolution
• Analyze program patterns and provide structured insights to leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project, program, or operations management experience in People strategy
• 3+ years driving cross-functional programs from inception to completion, preferably in a scaling or global environment
• Proven ability to create processes and program infrastructure from scratch
• Exceptional written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior partners
• Expertise in leveraging AI tools for efficiency in project workflows
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data and make evidence-based recommendations

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
