Project Manager - Large Scale Healthcare/Commercial

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial, healthcare, and education ground-up projects from inception through completion
• Report directly to the Director & President of Construction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
• Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
• Background in estimating or field supervision is a plus

Pay

• Base salary: $125–165K, based on experience
• All-in package: $170K+
• Competitive sign-on bonus
• Monthly car allowance or truck provided
