Kleinfelder is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Austin! Step into Your New Role The successful candidate should be a self-starter who can provide project management and technical support to Land Development projects and proposals. The candidate will be responsible for proposing, planning, executing and managing projects of varying complexity with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team and project management of residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal land development projects, applying sound engineering principles to deliver solutions.
- Oversee a design team, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, staying within budget, on time, and meeting client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure high satisfaction throughout the project, and identify other opportunities.
- Resolve issues to keep projects on track.
