Project Manager - K-12 Schools
About the role
We're seeking a Project Manager to join a respected General Contractor delivering ground-up K-12 school projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. You'll lead the successful delivery of ground-up K-12 schools and campus improvements throughout Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, and the greater East Bay. Working closely with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
- Ground-up K-12 school construction experience or closely related education project experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay
Base salary range of $150,000 to $185,000, plus truck, gas card, full benefits, and bonus.
