Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, and expected outcomes remain clearly defined and achievable.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to establish project scope, priorities, success measures, and overall execution strategy.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans that outline tasks, dependencies, resource needs, budgets, and target completion dates.
- Cook up staffing activities for assigned initiatives, including participation in candidate evaluation, team selection, and day-to-day oversight of project contributors.
- Track project performance closely, identify risks or schedule changes early, and implement corrective actions to keep work on course.
- Maintain organized project records, reporting tools, and supporting documentation to ensure information is secure, accurate, and accessible.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leaders through structured communication plans, status reporting, and progress reviews.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks with the project team to confirm deliverables meet established standards and recommend improvements when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to plan resources effectively, including time, budget, and personnel.
- Experience monitoring project quality, progress, and performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
