Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, landlords, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and quality issues
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and project cost control
  • Partner with field teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage project closeout activities, punch lists, and final client handover
  • Foster strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing commercial interiors, tenant improvement, or renovation projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000
