The primary responsibilities of this position are to increase Company sales by converting inbound leads/prospects and growing sales with existing clients while providing world class customer service. Compensation for this position is both hourly pay + commission. Responsibilities Gains a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.Recruit new clients and retains existing customer base while expanding our production offeringsCommunicate with customers and/or prospects confidently via phone, email and face to face.Exhibits strong time management skills, detail oriented and organizedWorks well within a team environment and independlyFrom initial engagement to completion, ensures all clients have a positive business experienceConsults with customers to help them make decisions; up sells when there are opportunitiesProvides feedback and recommendations to client's projects, helps them see new possibilities.Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracyRoutinely resolves customer inquiries and addresses any issues immediatelyDisplays necessary mastery of Point of Sale application to effectively create, price and communicate customer projects.Follows up on customer leads as neededMaintains a proactive response to potential client concerns and contacts the client before a problem is encounteredContinuously seeks improvement through process, capabilities and feedback.
