Project Manager / Information Systems / Full Time
About the role
Responsible for assisting the Project Management Office Manager to ensure achievement of desired results in the project management life-cycle of technology-related projects from initiation through close.
- Coordinate and execute project planning, implementation, tracking, and oversight
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate issues
- Complete project documentation
- Serve as a single point of contact for all assigned project communications
- Facilitate communication with all stakeholders to encourage team collaboration while maintaining professionalism
The incumbent may manage multiple small to medium complexity projects under the supervision of the Project Management Office Manager at any given time.
Requirements
Education & Credentials
- Required: Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or related field
Work Experience
- Required: One year of project management experience and healthcare Information Technology experience
- Preferred: Three years of project management experience and Healthcare Information Technology experience
Given training and on-the-job experience, the incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of the job within three months of employment.
