Responsibilities
- Manage clients
- Create reports
- Collect copayments
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ensure contract compliance and tracking
- Audit compliance
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a busy office environment
- Strong follow-through with reporting requirements
- Customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Gmail experience is a plus
- Maintaining confidentiality is essential
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and have a valid driver’s license
Schedule
- Scheduled 6 am to 3 pm most days
- Some weekend shifts required (office open 7 mornings per week)
Pay
Starts at $25.32 per hour; additional pay based on experience and education.
