PROJECT MANAGER (FULL OR PART-TIME CONSIDERED)

Initially offered on a temporary/contract basis until December 2026, with potential for extension subject to review. This role is office and site-based in the Central Belt of Scotland.

We’re delighted to share an exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Knight Property Group, a long-established and highly respected Scottish property developer and investor. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of a key project. It would suit someone with experience in commercial management and/or project management who is looking to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the Knight Property Group team, develop an agreed scope of works to allow contractors to price work packages.
• Develop pricing/tendering documentation and manage the tendering process.
• Manage the quality of finish on site and raise any concerns with the main contractor.
• Manage contractors’ monthly valuations and variations and produce reports.
• Work within the agreed budget and highlight any potential risks that may have an impact on the budget.

Requirements

• Ability to programme the works.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Project.
• A recognised health and safety qualification.
• Must be proactive and possess a “can do” attitude and be able to deal with issues reactively.
• Ability to build positive relationships with the contractor.
