About the role

We're seeking a strong project manager to support our Industrial Water Team. Key responsibilities include leading engineering projects, collaborating with project teams, and providing guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project schedules, scopes, and financial success
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to department management
  • Provide performance feedback for project team members
  • Develop and execute proposals and win new projects
  • Manage contract negotiations and approvals
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design issues
  • Represent the company in the regional water and wastewater marketplace
  • Provide industry feedback and trends to the water leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in construction project sites or program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software
  • Professional registration preferred
  • Previous consulting experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Technical background in planning, design, and construction
  • Experience with conventional and advanced treatment technologies
  • Ability to coach and mentor engineers
  • Flexible, team-player attitude
