Project Manager III - Bend, OR

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• HVAC And Automation Experience Required
• Strong leadership and customer management skills
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from project award through completion
• Manage multiple cross-functional project teams and ensure successful project delivery
• Serve as the primary customer contact for operational and project-related matters
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program profitability
• Cookordination with Account Managers on customer communications and scope changes
• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and project closeout activities
• Mentor and support project team members to achieve project objectives
• Develop and execute mid-to-long-term program strategies with internal teams
