Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs to improve, standardize, integrate, and optimize data center facilities across the company portfolio.
• Manage projects involving existing site assessments, infrastructure gap resolution, operational readiness, customer impacting remediation, facility improvements, and technical system transitions.
• Facilitate communication across multiple technical teams (e.g., Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Security, Data Center Operations) and Contractors, ensuring alignment with established company standards, controls, and delivery expectations.
• Turn complex issues into actionable plans, coordinate execution across multiple workstreams, and provide clear reporting to leadership on progress, risk, schedule, budget, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management or other related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven or more years of Project Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience building detailed technical project plans and task dependencies based on technical familiarity and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience managing complex, strategic programs with multiple sub-projects/workstreams.
• Experience working in data center environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge of data center/critical environment concepts, such as space, power, cooling and connectivity.
• Strong Knowledge of technologies found within data center architecture, such as routers, switches, firewalls, server components, storage, and virtualization.
• Experience with Project Management applications and visualization tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets.
• PMP certification.
