EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6-10 years of project/program management experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or PLM environments
- PMP certification (or equivalent) required; Agile/Scrum/SAFe knowledge preferred
- Experience leading cross-BU or cross-regional programs within a matrixed global structure
- Proven success managing new product introductions, supply chain optimization, and PLM system rollouts
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced project management: planning, budgeting, risk & issue management
- Technical acumen in PLM systems and supply chain operations
- Experience with supplier management, sourcing strategy, and supporting supplier certification processes
- Ability to lead strategic, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong Agile delivery knowledge with working experience in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across global/local teams
- Capable of developing and executing communication, OCM, and change strategies
- Experience with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams
- High accountability, business acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with SPDP (Structured Project Delivery Process) and gated development frameworks
- ERP and PLM platforms (e.g., SAP, Windchill, etc.)
- Project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Planview or similar)
