Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, project timing requirements and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement approved strategic plans to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
- Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of technology and data-driven decision-making to improve project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
- Support leadership in strategic planning and policy development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project management, process improvement, or strategic planning.
- Required: Public Procurement Experience
- Preferred: Master’s degree, professional certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related), and experience in enterprise-level project management.
