What You'll Do
- Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships
- Cook up contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
- Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
- Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
- Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
- Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to engineering
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range $100,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
