Job Details

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or large-scale construction environments.
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and client communication.
  • Strong background delivering industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, processing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or other complex commercial projects.
  • Experience with project financial management, including cost forecasting, change orders, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating field operations and subcontractor performance.
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and industry safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • OSHA safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
