Project Manager- Heavy Civil

About the role

Project Managers at Anvil Builders are responsible for the overall success of the project. Key responsibilities include delegating work and assignments to team members, attending owner's meetings, billing, and schedule updates, contract management, subcontractor management, jobsite walks, look-ahead schedules, daily game plans, CO & RFI tracking and oversight, cost and labor tracking and projections.

Responsibilities

• Delegates work and assignments to team members
• Attends owner's meetings, billing, and schedule updates
• Manages contracts
• Manages subcontractors
• Performs jobsite walks
• Creates and maintains look-ahead schedules
• Develops and implements daily game plans
• Tracks and oversees change orders and request for information (CO & RFI)
• Monitors and projects costs and labor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure work

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
