Responsible for overseeing heavy civil construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage teams of subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Skills

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
