3XN is looking for a Project Manager to join our studio in New York City. You will work on a range of exciting, North American-based projects in an open, innovative, and design-oriented environment. We seek experienced designers passionate about value-driven, high-quality architecture at both the conceptual and detail level. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects through all phases including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in all phases of design and documentation, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation (project management experience required)
  • Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about advancing the studio
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Available to work full-time in person in New York, NY

Skills

  • High proficiency with Revit; additionally, Rhino, Enscape, and the Adobe Suite will be useful
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and technical detailing
  • Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and building performance standards

Pay

Expected salary range is $95,000–$125,000 depending upon capabilities and relevant experience.
