Project Manager, Flight Test

About the role

The Flight Test Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and reporting of flight test programs to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Managing flight test requests
• Developing integrated project schedules
• Coordinating certification activities
• Interfacing with various departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet program requirements
• Developing tools, processes, and KPIs for executive transparency on program performance
• Leading weekly meetings
• Managing risks, actions, issues, and decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or aviation-related fields
• At least 8 years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or flight test roles
