Project Manager - Field Based - Open to Candidates in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Utah

About the role

Lead customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through final delivery andp>p>

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will drive high-quality solutions across all Vocera product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics while satisfying budget and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to drive successful outcomes within project scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery, driving results across scope, schedule, risks, and shifting priorities through strong ownership of project planning and execution, including WBS, critical path, and key milestones using industry standard tools.
• Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology.
• Own project risk management by proactively identifying and addressing issues, driving resolution, and escalating when needed to keep projects on track.
• Manage project communications, including facilitating regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes as necessary, and managing all ongoing action items.
• Lead stakeholder engagement; synthesize input to refine scope and guide clear decisions.
• Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes.
• Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Project management experience in a professional services organization, ideally within healthcare or software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America.

Annual pay ranges for U.S. work locations:

• USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD
• US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD
• US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD
• US15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD
• US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD
• US30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD
