• Create and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to support objectives and manage expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects or work streams, ensuring adherence to project management standards and timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and escalate changes to maintain project performance and goals.

• Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to align objectives and secure resource approvals.
• Expertise in monitoring project budgets, costs, and performance while identifying and addressing risks and changes proactively.
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear status updates and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data analytics and project management systems.
• Supervisory experience.
• Masters: Business Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification.
