Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation, defining and managing project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, IT, department managers, end-users, and third-party vendors
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenditures, reporting on variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure ITAR compliance throughout the implementation, enforcing data security protocols, role-based access controls aligned with U.S. person restrictions, and full audit trail integrity
- Lead change management efforts including stakeholder communication, training programs, and end-user adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
- Cook up with Oracle platform teams and integration partners to confirm solution alignment with defense industry requirements
- Monitor CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance considerations as they intersect with ERP data governance and cybersecurity obligations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, including senior-level leadership of ERP implementations
- Pristine experience managing Oracle ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion)
- Direct experience working within ITAR-regulated environments, with strong knowledge of export control requirements and defense data security protocols
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to face off effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to face off with senior leadership regularly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance frameworks
- Must be able to comply with ITAR regulations
