Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation, defining and managing project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, IT, department managers, end-users, and third-party vendors
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
  • Oversee project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenditures, reporting on variances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure ITAR compliance throughout the implementation, enforcing data security protocols, role-based access controls aligned with U.S. person restrictions, and full audit trail integrity
  • Lead change management efforts including stakeholder communication, training programs, and end-user adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Cook up with Oracle platform teams and integration partners to confirm solution alignment with defense industry requirements
  • Monitor CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance considerations as they intersect with ERP data governance and cybersecurity obligations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including senior-level leadership of ERP implementations
  • Pristine experience managing Oracle ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion)
  • Direct experience working within ITAR-regulated environments, with strong knowledge of export control requirements and defense data security protocols
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to face off effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to face off with senior leadership regularly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance frameworks
  • Must be able to comply with ITAR regulations
