Project Manager - Entertainment/Grocery - Midlothian,VA
Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up construction projects valued between $1M-$30M.
Supervise on-site superintendents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and quality control.
Visit project sites as needed (travel about once a month for a few days).
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Familiarity with self-storage, grocery, or industrial sectors preferred.
Strong proficiency in Procore, Sage 300, and related software.
A collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel out of state as required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible but includes occasional travel out of state.
