Project Manager- Electrical Construction
About the role
Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects. Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities. Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively. Represent the company in project and strategy meetings. Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently based on deadlines and urgency
- Comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data
- Create and analyze Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files
- Navigate and update Rogers Electric’s systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails)
- Use MS Office Suite proficiently
