What Does a Ludvik Project Manager Do?
- Adheres to contract documents including plans, specs, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates.
- Captures project scheduling and communications.
- Manages data and material resources throughout the life of the project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.
- Prepares subcontracts, Jobsite Labor Manual, Shop Drawings and Layout Drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Prepares monthly billings and submits to client on time.
Do You Have the Qualifications to Succeed in This Position?
- A positive, team-building communication style.
- A professional communications ability.
- A knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC and IFC.
- Newforma experience is highly preferred.
