What Does a Ludvik Project Manager Do?

• Adheres to contract documents including plans, specs, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates.
• Captures project scheduling and communications.
• Manages data and material resources throughout the life of the project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.
• Prepares subcontracts, Jobsite Labor Manual, Shop Drawings and Layout Drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
• Prepares monthly billings and submits to client on time.

Do You Have the Qualifications to Succeed in This Position?

• A positive, team-building communication style.
• A professional communications ability.
• A knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC and IFC.
• Newforma experience is highly preferred.
