Responsibilities
- Manages multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Leads, coaches, and motivates the equipment planning and construction specialist team in developing equipment lists, sourcing, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Conducts and leads user group meetings, attending onsite as needed, and communicates decisions, changes, and follow-ups within expected time frames.
- Develops and manages owner-furnished equipment data, coordinating effectively with all team members.
- Develops and manages the equipment budget, providing monthly reports to the external program manager and executive steering committee.
- Captures and distributes owner-furnished equipment, technical data, and budget information to design/contracting teams and the program manager.
- Provides leadership in product and vendor selections, ensuring compliance with AHS contracts and standards while meeting customer needs.
- Coordinates and oversees OFE deliveries and installations according to the construction schedule milestones.
- Coordinates closely during transitions with all disciplines, including accepting products onsite if necessary for successful project completion.
- Conducts post-mortem reviews on completed projects to update process flows or implement lessons learned for future projects.
- May require travel as needed, to ensure effective project management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks.
- Experienced with building and equipment specifications and a solid understanding of sourcing/procurement.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff from executive to onsite construction teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with construction blueprints and ability to read/interpret floor plans.
- Experience in utilizing Attainia software.
- Familiar with web-based applications.
- Proficiency with analytical software tools/Excel.
- Knowledge of medical equipment planning practices.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree [Required]
- 5+ years in construction/project management [Required]
- 5+ years in the medical equipment planning industry [Preferred]

- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement.
