What You Will Do
- Manages project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, communications, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Supports successful execution of program objectives by tracking progress, resolving issues, and managing dependencies among functional and technical teams.
- Ensures project activities remain aligned with scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
- Supports program execution across interface, conversion, data cleanse, transition, testing, documentation, and stakeholder workstreams.
- Manages project plans, IPS updates, dependencies, action items, issues, risks, schedules, meeting materials, PMR/WPR inputs, Agile reports, deliverable tracking, readiness coordination, and cross-team communications.
- Supports PM and workstream leads in maintaining alignment across VA, SI, subcontractor, technical, and functional teams.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust".
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Eight (8) or more years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling, risk, communications, dependency management, and/or multi-workstream coordination.
Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
- Experience with Momentum ERP/iFAMS, federal financial management, IPS management, Agile/Jira/Agility dashboards, transition readiness, and large federal IT modernization.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
