Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ASC construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely completion.
- Utilizes pre-construction understanding of operational considerations to consistently assess project risks and formulates mitigation plans as needed.
- Successfully develops and updates project budgets as required.
- Maintain project costs and take action to control expenses.
- Liaise with all 3rd party support, including but not limited to architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Contribute to management of the procurement process, including bid evaluations and vendor selection.
- Manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, especially all regulatory requirements related to healthcare compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on the evolving regulatory landscape for ASCs, including licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties.
- Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis.

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to address issues as they arise.
- Able to manage the performance of multiple 3rd party contractors at once, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.

Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel to all assigned locations.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in construction of healthcare facilities strongly preferred.
