Project Manager - New Construction

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple solar projects from design through commissioning
• Serve as the critical link between clients' construction teams and solar installation partners
• Cook up solar array layouts with architectural plans
• Consult on equipment placement and sizing
• Ensure seamless integration with building construction schedules
• Negotiate agreements
• Manage budgets and timelines
• Guide projects through permitting and utility interconnection processes

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Compensation: Total Compensation: $77,500 - $105,000; Base Salary: $77,500 - $95,000; Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually
