About the Role

Join ModMed, a team modernizing healthcare through an AI-enabled, specialty-specific cloud platform. As the Project Manager, CS Operations, you will oversee and manage the successful execution of moderate-to-complex projects within the Customer Success organization. This role focuses on project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with ModMed’s strategic goals. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure accountability, and identify opportunities for process optimization within CS Operations.

This role supports the Operational Excellence program by defining business cases, measuring return on value for proposed initiatives, and managing scope, schedule, and budget to deliver process excellence, business integration, technology adoption, and operational readiness projects.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end project management for CS Operations initiatives, translating executive leadership priorities into actionable project scopes, resource allocations, and execution roadmaps.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project teams, driving cross-functional alignment between Customer Success and key ecosystem partners (Product, Sales, and Accounting).
  • Facilitate regular meetings and maintain consistent communication to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating roadblocks and engineering mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate tactical workstreams to support new product launches and process updates, ensuring training materials, documentation, and internal communications are ready for rollout.
  • Optimize and govern the CS Operations project management framework, identifying workflow inefficiencies to improve delivery velocity.
  • Maintain project dashboards and deliver regular status reports, ensuring clear communication of project progress, milestones, and health metrics.
  • Provide feedback on existing workflows to drive operational efficiencies within the project management lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of related healthcare and/or project management experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end project execution, SaaS Customer Success/Operations, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in tactical roadmap tracking, scheduling, operational reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in change management implementation, process refinement, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Asana, Jira, and Google Suite.

PMP or PMI certification preferred.
