About the role

Great opportunity for a construction Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from kickoff through closeout and working closely with field teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, change orders, RFIs, submittals, purchasing, payment applications, materials, and overall project documentation
• Partner closely with field operations to keep projects moving efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
• Maintain strong client communication

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable reading construction documents
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
