Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a portfolio of capital improvement, renovation, and facility projects from planning through completion. This role will coordinate budgets, schedules, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in a highly collaborative corporate environment.Responsibilities Manage projects from planning through execution and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.Monitor project financials, risks, and deliverables.Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.Manage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Identify issues and drive timely resolution.Communicate project status and maintain project documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience preferred.Experience in commercial construction, facilities, capital projects, A&E, general contracting, or a related field.Strong budget, scheduling, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or SAP is a plus.Degree is not required with relevant experience.
