Responsibilities
- Captures a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
- Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
- Ensures project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
- Maintains and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
