About the role
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
- Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
