What this job involves
The Project Manager will serve as a dedicated resource for a valued client in the Princeton, Indiana area, managing multiple construction and development projects from initiation through completion. This role requires coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams while serving as the primary point of contact between our client and all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead multiple construction and development projects simultaneously through all phases from planning to closeout, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties
- Facilitate regular project meetings with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and driving decision-making processes
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality standards, and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols and project specifications
- Develop and manage project budgets, track costs against forecasts, analyze variances, and provide regular financial reporting to client leadership
- Review and process project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications while maintaining organized files that meet client standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management
- Proven project management experience in real estate development, design, and construction
- Strong knowledge of construction projects from initial planning through final completion and closeout
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software like Procore
- Experience developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and providing financial reporting
- Deep commitment to safety culture with experience implementing and monitoring safety programs on construction sites
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and maintain detailed records across numerous projects
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience serving as a dedicated resource or embedded team member for specific clients
- Familiarity with procurement processes including RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract administration
- Track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving process improvements in project delivery
- Experience with contract administration including change order management, submittals, and closeout documentation
- Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences and facilitate collaborative problem-solving
- Professional presence with demonstrated success in client-facing roles and relationship management
