Project Manager – Commercial Restaurant Construction
Job Overview
Company: Henson Construction LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $120,000 per year plus Performance Bonus.
Location: Louisville, KY (Field Based / Travel as Required)
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope
Commercial Restaurant Construction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience managing restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation restaurant construction projects.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes and permitting processes.
- Experience working directly with franchise or national restaurant brands.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
