Job Details

  • We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up all project activities with the Superintendent and project team to drive execution

  • Oversee project finances, contract documents, and cost control to ensure profitability

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors and field teams

  • Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle

  • Lead submittal processes, RFIs, RFPs, and all project documentation workflows

  • Prepare and manage owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, and budget revisions

  • Conduct regular meetings with owners and subcontractors to maintain alignment and progress

  • Manage monthly owner pay applications and project billing processes

  • Oversee project closeout, administrative logs, and final documentation

  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all job sites

  • Lead, mentor, and provide direction to project teams

  • Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management within a general contractor environment

  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater

  • Strong background in estimating, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera

  • Experience with construction platforms such as COINS, Autodesk tools, or SharePoint preferred

  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling and green building requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
