Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall timelines
• Cookordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure efficient execution
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on school and/or municipal work
• A strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and trade coordination
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing detail
• A proficiency in project management software and construction documentation processes
• A demonstrated ability for strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who can take ownership and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
