Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall timelines
- Cookordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure efficient execution
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on school and/or municipal work
- A strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and trade coordination
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing detail
- A proficiency in project management software and construction documentation processes
- A demonstrated ability for strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who can take ownership and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
