Project Manager – Commercial, Industrial & Federal Construction
The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of high-impact construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout across the commercial, industrial, and federal sectors. This role offers the autonomy to lead diverse operations while rewarding high-level accountability and forward-thinking leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Extensive background and proven success in managing federal construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion with total accountability.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating both shop operations and field teams.
- Mastery of organizational and communication strategies required for multi-sector project oversight.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of industrial-scale construction logistics and safety regulations.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments specific to the New Orleans region.
- Prominent track record of implementing innovative processes to improve project delivery timelines.
