A Day In The Life Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and executionWork closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawingsParticipate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideasOversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractorsConduct biweekly jobsite meetingsPartner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and scheduleMake sound decisions under tight deadlines Necessary Qualifications At least 5-8+ years of project management experience, preferably on large commercial and/or light industrial projectsHighly prefer design/build experienceProficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required What We Can Offer You At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
